We care about our vegan food, and we know you do too. That’s why we offer a Refrigerated Delivery service to ensure your products stay fresh. To protect your items from the heat outside, we use refrigerant packs that help maintain the temperature during shipping.

Refrigerated delivery is an additional cost on top of the regular shipping fees.

Return Refrigerant Packs Free of Charge – Starting from Your 10th Delivery!
Starting with your 10th delivery, you can return refrigerant packs and cool bags at no cost. Each 10th delivery will come with a return label, making it easy to send the items back. This allows us to reuse the refrigerants, contributing to sustainability by preserving the environment and reducing waste.
We kindly ask you to collect refrigerant packs and cool bags over time. To process a return, please include at least 10 packs or items in the return package.

Please note that while refrigerant packs and cool bags are not a substitute for refrigeration, they effectively slow down the warming process, helping to keep your food cool for a longer period. We strive to provide the best refrigerated delivery solution, but we cannot guarantee that the cold chain will be maintained throughout the entire delivery process.
