Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: CHF 10.00 flat rate per parcel.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Refrigerated Delivery

  • Cost: CHF 13.00 flat rate per parcel (includes CHF 3.00 surcharge for chilled packaging).
  • Details: Automatically applied to orders containing products requiring chilled storage. Cooling elements are included to maintain the correct temperature during transport.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over CHF 100.

Delivery Information

Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. This timeline applies to all orders, including standard and refrigerated delivery.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Switzerland only.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g., due to courier issues or weather) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


Cancellations

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@veyourself.com with your order details.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return (see "Returns" below).
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., refrigerated food items) cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@veyourself.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
    • Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email (info@veyourself.com) with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
