Standard Delivery

  • Cost: CHF 9.50 flat rate per parcel

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over CHF 60.

  • We currently deliver within Switzerland only.

Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g., courier issues or weather) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Cancellations

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@veyourself.com with your order details.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return (see "Returns" below).
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., refrigerated food items) cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@veyourself.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
    • Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email (info@veyourself.com) with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
